How can you say get fitter, surely you have to keep up a level of fitness and with that heat out there youv gotta be fit

yeah I know what you are saying matey, but at the end of the day we all have our vices. Mine si 20 a day lol... I am "fit for ops" but I want to get fitter still. It wont happen, I like the ciggies too much haha.... Also I dont know if you are aware but there are different fitness targets for different trades. Infintary being the highest and Clerks/Chefs etc being the lowest. It's also service dependent. Army, Air Force, Navy in that order.
But yeah thanks dude, I appreciate that you think I'm sexy, your eyes aint painted on. haha.
