I'm not sure as I don't have BT, but you can use any browser you like with any ISP (BT just provide your connection).

Hmmm... not necessarily your browser that's the problem, could be malware.

What anti virus software do you have?

Their good - I recommend SUPERantispyware & Spybot aswell.

Also get HijackThis perform a scan (with log) & then copy/paste/post the results here & I'll see if you have any web hijackers or startup bugs affecting your system (if you like).

Can happen on any site mate, even just checking my mail before coming on here it crashed. By the way by crashing i mean total freeze then i get the wee box asking to make an error report lol then the page or 2 pages just close.

Ive cleaned this thing out totaly now and even using that Hijack thing it doesnt really tell me anything. ******ng me off now cuz i have no clue whats up.Tried disabling the pop up blocker to see if thats it but no joy at all.Tried both the BT/Yahoo browser that comes with BT and then try IE7 and the same thing happens Confused

I get the impression if the pc or the net is being pushed or rushed it just freezes if thats helpful Think

Or maybe just wipe the whole internet supplier and reload the BT disc and stuff Think

You won't see anything in HijackThis (HJT) unless you know what you're looking for (no disrespect).

Tigerland, I don't know what the rules are here for posting a link to another forum, but it's a PC help forum called 'computerhope' which is excellent.

I guarantee they'll be able to help you get things running smoothly again, just post your HJT log report in the 'viruses & Spyware' forum & maybe also mention your continous IE crashing problems in the browser forum. Just include your OS & SP# & IE version at the beginning of your post.

Get it sorted
