where is the best place to upload it
i have a soundclick page but wondering if there is anywhere better or more perfered for here

SoundClick's more known for being a free MP3 site... Try www.overplay.com It has a magnificent industry listing section, plus you can sell your tunes online. You could also try www.imgifted.co.uk This site too has a good industry section where you can submit works directly through the site...
Might be worth trying www.myspace.com Alot of A&R guys hit this site...
