Reason still in the lead! If you got time, sign up here cos I'd like to know who uses what as well as seeing the stats.

First of all I want to say Hi to all of the forum members!
This is my first post!

Just to introduce myself,
I'am a young producer from Croatia (ex Yugoslavia)
So that would be an excuse for a bad english Laughing

And back on topic:

I use Logic 5.5 caouse I found it the beest softwer for making music.
It's becaouse no other has that sound quality...
My favourite and ofcourse sometimes for other styles of music i use Ableton..
(I make house & techouse)

That would be all for now...

Greetz!

I use Reason. Noob at it,but it has such a good quality!

hehe..never mind dis stupid question, but. I'm curious about what the pro producers use. Take fore ex. Ben Kaye or Tidy Boys. Do they only use one software program or lots of hardware like 6 keyboards and lot of eq and recorders an all tha stuff?

I have to purchase a copy Reason 3 asap! i've heard some rave reviews saying quite frankly that version 3 is a huge improvement on reason 2.5. Not just the added features like mastering suit but production wise sound is alot more phatter & more professinal.

I use Pro Tool 7.0 for all my production at this time. I'm thinking about using Logic Somewhat but havn't had the time to learn it. There is just soo much stuff that can be done in Pro Tools. Just a damn shame you need HD in order to do surround.
