Well Ill spare you my life story and keep it short... Im 16 and Im into cars, metal fabrication/Welding and racing. Drag racing, Karting, Nascar, F1 etc.

I have always like heavy rock music but recently I have been getting to like 'dance" music more and more. As you can tell im not up on the lingo but i was wondering specifically what genra of music it is that I should be looking for and experimenting with.

I dont go to clubs or anything and im not all up on the lingo but I love a few songs and cant get enough of them...

Actually, I like cascada... it seems like chick music and maybe it is but I like that. Theres some 16 minute cascada mix called megamix 2006 which I freakin love. Yeah, maybe that makes me kinda lame... ok then. I just like how the cascada stuff is fast and upbeat, know what I mean? Of course theres classics that some might argue are over played, such as "sandstorm" and I like that but theres too much "down time" in the song where its no bass just beeping. I probably sound like an idiot but i dont know quite how to explain it any other way. I like Benny Benassi... satisfaction is good and there are a few mixes of it as well that I like. I also like "hit my heart" as well as techno-cocaine

So what else should I look for? I definetly want a few classics but also newer stuff? Anybody in particular that i should look out for? I want to find new stuff, know what I mean? Id rather have people say whoa what song is that then, whoa ive only heard that a million times when ive got it going in the shop or in the car.

Thanks guys

Jim

If you like Benny Benassi's "Satisfaction", you should check out "Able To Love," also by him, and a song called "Funk-A-Tron" by Robbie Rivera. Funk-A-Tron has a really awesome Benny Benassi Mix, if you can find it anywhere... I don't wanna name the site yet, in case I get in trouble. I like Sandstorm too, LOL...

My personal favorite electronica artist is Green Velvet. You may enjoy his stuff.
