i think i would highly enjoy it
but i am not in as good of shape as i once was, but i have a few friends who think it would be worthwhile so i am forcing them to exercise and we shall see from there?
so i give it a  until when i am in shape and will maybe have a different evaluation then? |

yeah it is john, i kno wht it is, i had a go myself in the past as my ex was a free runner, i just dnt understand the question hes askin lol.

I aint done it ... would be up for trying it tho ... did a bungee jump once and that was fantastic ... I'd give owt a shot!

it dunt matter about age, when i used to do it there was this man in his 40 still doin it. he was very good as experience was on his side.
not an expert on it like, but last year i ate n slept for freerunning.
