i mite try VLC. that has seemed to work for some internet radio stations so ill see how that goes

Good news is we will soon be moving the radio over to itunes, RealPlayer, winamp and windows players. Will keep you posted. For the current time the REMOVED Destiny Player[/url] is the only compatable way of listing to the live shows.

Good news! - after much testing we are now please to announce that the trugroovez globel radio station is now up broadcasting!! You can tune in below.
LISTEN LIVE - weekends
We stilll need to set up a dedicated radio page on the main site, forum for the radio & dj rota etc. I will be updating you all soon as possible on how you can go about applying to dj on the station live. Updates will follow.
Please let me know how the stream sounds and any connection issues you have. |

Also and this is just a suggestion...
When this does get the full kick off how about having the link as one of the box links at the bottom of the forum page like the BBC Weekender link box if you get me.
And try and get a way of a code or something to have members the choice of adding the radio link onto their Myspace/Bebo etc pages

Cool, got it working with minimal hassle.
I don't have Winamp so I had to install a program to get Windows Media Player to recognise the stream.
The program can be found here:

The quality is very good, the stream played instantly on my pc - but I do have a fast connection.

having a listen now, nice Oakenfold set on now and its 8:54am my time. just needs to rebuffer a few times but it more then likely my internet connection. but awesome stuff!

I will be upgrading our service provider today, hopefully that will help to solve any buffering issues on our end. Let me know if you still have buffering issues tonight if you tune it that is. Broadcasting from 7:30pm till late GMT

Hi Guys,
With the messing about I had getting it to work in Windows Media Player I thought they must be a better way...
Soooo, I've made a quick toolbar - nothing flashy just links to the site and a radio player in there.
I've made an installer for Internet Explorer and for Firefox, which can be found here;
Toolbar Install

Groove give me a shout if its something you'd like developing a bit more and making official.
