i posted this topic somewhere else but was in wrong place soo...
a Guy i know is trying to get me to play a club wit him, but i have never left ma room and only ever used ma own kit...
the only thing that bothers me is the ishues wit the kit... prety sure i could sort the mixer cos similer layouts etc, and turntables are turntables...
but of late i have been using ma CD players alot and as i use my lil' Denon DN-S1000 they are COMPLEATLY different to the expected CDJ1000s in a club...
Youtube is full of crap vids which aint really any help (more demo from pioneer) i was looking for a simple DJ demo shich basicly shows you the basic operations of then, eg, how they cue (i have owned 2 dif CD players and they were both diff) how the jog wheel work (push down to scratch?) where are the buttons i need?
anything else to know?
anyone have a/know of a vid?
