Posting Guidelines
Please Note: We currently only allow two event post's per week per member. ( Duplicate accounts will be checked for same ip address and posts deleted ) [/size]
To help promote your club / event. Please Include in your post the following:
* Event location details, ticket prices, contact details, dj line up & event web site address - please dont spam the posts with more than 3 music related links.
* Post your event details more than once is not accptable, bumping your thread is acceptable once or twice nearer your event date.
* Only two event posts can be posted by each member per week. Any more will be deleted.
Posting:
NO direct links are to be posted on the forum board to any personal web sites, record labels, records stores, e commerce sites, music forums or any non-music related sites. UNLESS you participate in forum discussions or a forum moderator has agreed ur link.. We have the right to disable or remove posts / links we deem as spam.
To report any posts violating the rules then please contact the forum moderators and administrators.
Rule violations can result in accounts being locked or topics moved, user warnings, and/or user account bans. Be responsible when posting.
Privacy:
Posting another user's personal details, such as phone number, address, without permission is not acceptable.
Signature Size:
Please keep signature sizes to one line or one banner size image. Anything larger may be removed by an administrator. Any and all signature content can be removed by an administrator for any reason they see fit, even if it does meet these guidelines. Examples are signatures that contain illegal mp3's, file sharing sites, non music related links, insults, racial comments or anything beyond standard of good taste .
Cross-posting:
Posting the same topic in attempt to get broader coverage is not acceptable & only clutters the forums and makes it more difficult for anyone to help.
Posting / Bumping
Sometimes posts can go a few days without a ressponse. please don't take it as an offense. It may be because the wording is unclear, the person(s) with the answer(s) aren't available, because nobody has any idea on how to resolve, or some other reason. Bumping is OK in this case but as a general courtesy it is best to reply with something more than just "bump".
Administrators, Moderators, are exempt from the signature size rule. These users are clearly identified by their rank and/or signature content.
