PLEASE if anyone can identify the song please help

I was sitting waiting for the bus in greece with my buddies and there was an outdoor bar sorta thing playing a very loud trance/club song

I dont know much about trance/club music or artists but the lyrics were in english:

"When its cold outside, turn off/out the lights...all through the night"

basically it just kept saying that over and over again and the mix just flowed right into the next song......if anyone knows a song containing those lyrics please help
