I hope you kind people can help me put a name to this chill-out track which I've heard a million times on telly shows. I think it's the most beautiful piece of music. I taped it the other night off the BBC show "Ultimate Rock Climb" - it's playing in the background in this sample:

I've just found out it's called "Les Nuits" and it's by Nightmares on Wax.
