One week Drum&Bass festival in San Teodoro, Sardinia
From September 4th to September 12th 2004 the first edition of SUNANDBASS will take place at one of Europe's most beautiful beaches. The international Drum&Bass scene will meet up at the breath-taking landscape of San Teodoro, located on the East Coast of the mediterranean Island Sardinia. With its beautiful sand beach "La Cinta", with approximately 4 kilometers of length and surrounded by crystal clear water, participants will have the chance to enjoy a whole week of summer holidays combined with numerous Drum&Bass events.
Artists from 11 different countries are actively supporting this unique and innovative concept and more than 40 DJ´s and MC´s will be playing each night in selected bars and clubs. Most Locations are situated directly by the sea and you can party on the beach until the sun rises.
On two nights special Club Events will be held at Pakiki´s
(3 Floors & Outdoor Area) - Monday we will celebrate the SUNANDBASS Session and on Friday the legendary Formation Label presents "World of Drum & Bass" with a first-class Line Up.
The intention of SUNANDBASS is to bring together Drum&Bass communities from all over the world to celebrate the diversity of cultures under the warm Sardinian sun. Accommodation will be provided within walking distance to the beach and most of the venues. Packages include accommodation in apartments or hotels, free entry to all events presented by SUNANDBASS and discounts on numerous sports and leisure activities. Transfer to Sardinia will be provided through exclusive partners and furthermore participants will be assisted with organizing their own journey to Sardinia.
