I’m going back into DJ'in
Could anyone solve this problem?
or advise me on the best software for a simple all-in-one recorder, spliiter and burner
Once ive recorded my full mix i split it into tracks. I use Nero to burn them off but problem is once I take out the 2 second pause when playing them back I get a -1 second gap from one track into the next so its sounds awful. I’ve used different splitting software but still get the same problem when burning with Nero, can this be fixed?

Try tracking down a piece of software called CD Architect - it allows you to overlap tracks , specify gaps and burn in one go.

Yea i use soundforge. If any other problems you could also use Audacity or Mixcraft which are pretty good Smile
