Hey man, just checked out "Brighter Day", loved the strings and the whole thing really, infact am listening on loop just the mellow vibe makes it really enjoyable to listen, no stress at all.
Your stuff actually sounds quite commercially viable and the singing is great too, is the singer's second name Dowler by any chance? (Holly Dowler?) Sounds like someone we used to work with ages ago, chance is its not though. Beat reminds me of something, cant quite put my finger on it, maybe something like moby not entirely sure. All I know is it sounds good, keep on goin'

Yo Herbal, glad you liked, we used to use Korg Electribes for the drums and then sampled loops for the main patterns. Now we've got Logic Pro 7 and enough plugins to sink a battleship, the Electribes are gathering dust now...
The girls name is Holly Evans, we also use Lolly Little, she too has a lovely voice...
There's more dance orientated stuff on www.imgifted.co.uk/reefy _________________ Mmmm... |

Yeah Electribes!! Thats what it was, I have the SX valve electribe and absolutely love it. Sounds like a MKII you used? Plugins are good, no doubts about that, but you cannot beat the sound of hardware. Erm....watch out for the flames

We've had them a few years, one for bass, one for drums. I still use all my hardware as well as plugins (like Stylus RMX), Orbit V2, Quasar, Prophecy, JV-2080, JD800, Proteus, Nord Lead, Triton Rack and best of all... Gem S2000 Turbo, the best bit of kit I've ever bought... _________________ Mmmm... |
