Yeah...I have done a hard trance mix (in the loosest context of Hard Trance) an Anthem House mix and im hoping to put together a house mix by the time my free trial runs out :lolsmile: oh, and maybe a trance mix.
They only have a 3/4 songs just so you guys can comment on the mixing of the songs rather than the track selection.
Im thinking of getting myself some CDJ's for my Bday to try my hand at proper mixing though!!! |
bring on the hard trance mix  havnt done one of those is ages!
yeh go out and get some cdj's… orrrrrr if you dont mind the price of vinyl, go get some turnies

actually just noticed something… you got a few dark by design examples.
for this one:
Hard Trance: Arome - Hands Up (DJ Scot Project Mix)
Gaz West - Playing With Fire (Dark by Design mix)
change Playing with fire to Flashback - Alphazone or Jetlag (Alphazone Remix) - DJ Kim
just to take away the "might be confusion" when people see dark by design in Hard Trance and Hard Dance

I swear someone is trying to get me.....firstly i was born about 15 years to late to experience all that music first hand, i have just seen PVD is playing in Bristol August Bank Holliday...which of course i cant go to cos im not old enough  and i bet as soon as i turn 18 the club in Bristol that gets all these people to play will shut down or something! :lolsmile:

or up its age limit to 21 like a lot of facking clubs in belfast did when i turned 18 lol.
Now im 27 , so it dont really matter what the age limit is.....point of interest , i went to Parlour last week with all the students (felt old) , but its old good baby! tiger u been there? |

Nah never been to the Parlour, or is that a club night? Last time i went out in Belfast was a few months back at Shine with work mates...  Not my cup of tea all that student Tech coolfm saturday night type crap and ive tried that place a few times with different people but the music is sh!t lol
What kind of music does the Parlour play?

Already ahead of you mate, i have that Freddy tune mixing in with a Hard House version of The Prodigys - Voodoo People for my next mix which in theory should be up this weekend...in theory lol

Tried looking for it there online but cant seem to find it, the fact it was also a white label and labeled Unknown when i bought the thing doesnt help

it was 2 saturdays past.....the day the Westlink filled with water lol - went pelletgun shooting with few of the guys from work , then watched the pool match in the Eg. headed down to parlour about 10 , wasn't too packed , fulla fit birds and the odd gay fella lol
Music is your standard RnB , bit of dance , commercial pop and the odd cracker thrown in every now and again. Was shocked when i went upstairs....last time i was there it was free.....£3 this time lol
The music can get cheesy , but after a few "baby guinesses" they all sound the same anyway lol
Heading out with guys from work next friday , who knows where we will end up , probs somewhere shit lol |
