Hello all,
My first post here, hopefully not the last one!. Believe it or not, I have been trying to ID this song for 17 years, since I recorded it off the radio in the first half of 1991. It sounds like a Dr. Robert (Howard) soundalike with a superb female backing vocalist doing this mellow, chilled soulful tune that goes on and on with lots of vocal improvisation and jazzy trumpets thrown in. The most memorable line for me goes "Little boy blue, what do I do?"
If anyone knows who it is by, you will be helping to put an end to a 17-year-long search and I'll be eternally grateful !
