Hi everybody,

I am completely new to the forum so first of all i ll briefly introduce myself before I say what I have to say. Please forgive me for my bad english, I hope you' ll understand.
I' m Adrian Aurelio. I have been playing drums for 7 years,(mainly jazz) with a different name. During a summer job as a P.R. in Sharm el sheikh I felt in love with elec. music, so I decided to buy two decks (cdj400) and start practicing.
Because in Rome the electronical-music scene is not so exciting I decided to move to London. Now it' s four months that I live here in London and I practice on my decks.

Reading the posts on this and other forum I had sometimes the impression that djs, especially upcoming or new-to-this, may feel kinda isolated. What I mean is that often we DO want to meet many other djs but we dont do it that much.
Indeed, meeting othere djs and musicians it s from my point of view a great thing. You way to improve skills, to get to know to new music, change ideas, try different setups, know new clubs.... And it would be even easyer to organize any kind of event or night.

So what I propose is: let' s meet up! of course is easier to meet people living in the same city, well then, lets start in london and hope other people we ll do it all around. we could build a kind of djs"lobby" or "masonry" Very Happy

well hope to hear soon from you

Beautiful

I'm pretty sure the regulars on here get on well enough that we will meet up someday BUT to just join up a site and say lets meet up is a little creepy mate and i'm sure your intentions are good an all but a meet up with people i personaly dont know would have to be a no no Cool
Ofcourse on the other hand i do talk a lot of crap that a lot of the regulars wouldnt want to meet up with me :signlol:

Maybe i'm too harsh but you get what i mean mate, not meaning to offend or anything i'm just keeping it real if that makes sense Spot on

WTF? You guys suck. All of you are going to plan a "lets get together and get crunk" night in London and I am stuck in the US, unable to party with you all. Not fair. *kicks a tin can down the road*
