|
|
Hey guys, first post.
I've recently gotten into alot of electro and drum and bass music, and I've been looking at some equipment. I'm not looking to get into making it seriously, rather just playing around. The two things that have really caught my eye are the KORG Kaossilator and the Mini KP. The thing is, they both seem to be the same to me, and the prices really arent too different. Can anyone please outline the main differences between the two, and recommend which would be better for a casual beginner?
Thanks |

the mini KP is wikid! but i dont know if it cud hold out as long as the rest of its family
havnt a clue wot the kaossilator is. trying to google it but getting nothing at the moment… deff check it out soon and hopefuly give my oppinion just by lookin at its specs… but if you want a Kaoss pad your better off grabbing a KP2 or KP3 unless you know for sure the Kaoss mini can hold out… to me, it seems a lil like its size _________________ "Yeh, I'm a club head. | The reason I'm torn between the Kaoss Mini KP (Link) and the Kaossalitor (Link) is their prices: £89 for the Mini KP and £99 for the Kaossilator. I have a bit of disposable income, but I very definately cannot afford a full sized Kaoss Pad, since they go for about £300! |

yeh thats tru… id like a kaoss pad to be honest…
from what ive seen with the Kaossilator, it looks very much like a Kaoss Mini and does pritty much the same really… only difference is that the Kaossilator is a mini synth too which is pritty cool! now that ive seen it i mite go check one out for myself if there released here…
but, IMO by looking at the 2, id go for the Kaossilator only because of the synth feature. otherwise there isnt much difference between the 2 so really, its a heads of tails decission mate _________________ "Yeh, I'm a club head.
