As long as one of the songs in the set has fart noises in, I don't care where I am... Ooohh, saying that, there should be a paranoid old person's club where you don't get bumped into every half a second, or people that come up to you, completely off their face and think that you are their bestest mate and it takes about 3 hours to get rid of them- usually having to prize the horny little puppies off of my wife's leg.
Call me Victor Meldrew, but, when I rake in my fortune, I'm going to open a club in London called Arce (Ar-say) with about 3000 capacity but would only let 1500 like-minded peeps in (lap-dancers and pornstars)...
I'll dream on until that day.........

The genereal vibe of the place (i.e. the people who hang out there) and the music are the most important factors as far as i am concerned.

I have to say the music and I'll explain why.

Many moons ago, when I first began working as a DJ in a local ADULT club here in Phoenix, AZ the crowd was mainly older people; not much of a party feel to the place. It was depressing actually, to be trapped by their requests for nothing but slow songs and 60's & 70's music. I was like, what the heck????? So, against my bosses wishes, little by little I started slipping in more trance & dance music. We had a wet t-shirt contest one night and the crowd that gathered was much younger so I laid it down like the law! By the end of that night, because of the music, word spread like wild fire that this was a happening place to be and it bacame a much younger crowd.

The music makes the show......

Gotta be the music for me.Been to way too many clubs with big names playing and i hear enough double beats to sound like an african tribe playing the bongos.
If the music is right and pumping then its all good, doesnt matter if it billy bob from down the street. If he's playin the right tunes and hittin all the right chords with the crowd then its all good Cool

Being a former radio talent who hosted many 'a club night's' I have to say that it's the music. The music creates the atmosphere (the mental) and the vibe (the feeling).

No Razz

I also voted music.. Think that's just the most important thing when going to a club.

i say its the music, because once the rite music is played by the DJ, then we as the crowd start to feel comfortable and start to groove, the DJ can see that and he starts to get involved even more.. i believe that the music is realy the key to an event wink

It's the music for me

I don't care what kinda club/arena it is! - Can have a great night anywhere

I don't care what people are there - I know my mates are there and we could have a great time anywhere!

DJ's ... can play bangin tunes and a lot of dj's are producing their own material or using other friends material which can also be pretty damned hot!!

So ... I love to hear the up n comin productions mixed with the tunes of today, Music all the way!!
