Hello, could someone please explain wich program i can use two make that kind of boyz noize voice (kind of vocoder + a ringmodulator i think). it's very cool. Thx a lot for ya help!

This all depends on whether you are Mac or PC based. If you're Mac based, I'd highly recommend Logic Studio. If you're PC based, then I'd have a look at Cubase, both are rammed with effects, and softsynths galore... If you want add-ons, I'd check the TC Works page... Peeps can elaborate when they know what stuff you already posses...
