Hi,
Sound on sound is a good place there always reviwing programs and tips on how to use them. Also try computer music, or mix mag if you get the chance, they helped me so much!
FL Studio comes with its own tutorial and its pretty good, the program itself is very cpu hungry, but it has limitless possibiltys. If you want add-ons then read up on vst's and vsti's, once you understand how to put them into a program and use samples, you'll be well on your way.
