That female sample is amazing about the sun, crap film its from but works a treat in that tune. The Intro mix is the best

yeh… ive been looking through my old trance stuff and ive noticed i have quite a few progressive tracks in there… i never thort i had listened to progressive either. but saying that im talkin about artists like Marcus Schulz, Mark Sherry (with the outburst 12"), Dave Schiemann and Marzz (i think) and even some armin stuff is slightly progressive. yet they still have that euphoric sound to them still. i think its the whole solid kick thing. im confused y i have these tracks and they sound great but y the new stuff is really shit?

Maybe because theres so much of it around where as before youd hear the odd Progressive sounding tune in dj mxes where as there's mixes just full of the stuff now Confused

As good as that Star Within A Star is, if there was a version released with it without that Progressve sound as the main kick in and it was more Euphoric Trance that tune could very well be a runner for a classic Spot on

The main Energy mix, i mean the last kick in with the main break, if that Progressive sound had been replaced with a more euphoric sound that tune with those film samples could be a classic
