To this day i still love Barbers version, obviously most people know it from Platoon

The Orbit version, well Ferry Corstens mix of that was and still is pretty impressive. Tiesto's has a touch more class to it though i think. For such a geat tune though you never hear it in Dj mixes Think

i believe there is a bit of an anti-tiesto movement going on these days , so not really surprising in a way.

Yo tiger , any particular good albums out there at the mo you'd recommend?

Mate i got 2 albums there recently by Dj Shah called Song Book and Flo-Ridas album lol everyone i know hates Flo-Rida but i like the stuff especially that new tune with the Black Eye'd Peas - Ayer

Dance music wise i tend to stay away from albums and just download mixes or just do up my own for the phone.
Trance wise i suppose you cant go wrong with the Armin Van Buuren - Imagine album.
Might be your cup of tea... Discover 40 - Mixed By John Askew
Above & Beyond - From Goa To Rio double album with the DVD
Discover Records Present - John Askew & Sean Tyas Live As… Recorded Live In Los Angeles & San Francisco Worship
And just got hold of the new Hardcore Til I Die album

Your guess is as good as mine though so if you have any albums worth checking out then happy days Spot on

I liked the Network, went a few times and really liked it  First night i ever hit that place was an Ultrasonic night years ago and an under 18's
I tend to stay away from the town clubbing wise as you dont get the same buzz like getting into a car or someones bus and heading to Banbridge,Bangor,Portrush,Dungannon,Down South etc
Quite a few headers running about the town at night now and a lot more shady looks on the dance floors which sucks Thumbsdown

This site is starting up its own clubnights in London next month so i suspect that will be a nice change every once and a while for myself Spot on
I'd love to do proper clubbing somewhere like London, all i need is a stab proof vest though and i'm good to go

i agree with u on the town getting a bit rough , seems you cant hardly do anything without pissing off some bloke who just happens to have 6 equally big mates with him who all have a pissy attitude.
Where have you been in Dungannon....ive only been to The Fort....but tbh i think it was a bit of a hole , good music and women , but too fully country folk....and i recall being searched not for drugs , but for chewing gum (which incidently was hidden in the lip of my boots)

not sure if my budget would stretch to a long distance trip to london for a party lol .... although ill keep the option open - if its organised and its big enough sure it would be worth considering like.

Glengannon Hotel im pretty sure its called Think Was called Exit 15 few years back and then i think called Area 51 something along those lines anyway and i havnt a cue what its called now.
Was a nice set-up with the dance floor then a big set of stairs leading past the dj box and then the big balcony. Had many a good night in there, few mad ones too ninja

lol mate i remember years ago before i became bitter i used to be one of these we are the world cant we all get along type people and i ran about with people from Cliftonville,in other words the other side if you get me Spot on
Anyway i remember going up to that hotel with a bus full and i mean your typical blue bus full of republican fellas from Ardoyne,Oldpark and Cliftonville and quite a few die hards on that bus Shocked
I was even given a cover story by the fellas i was with incase they asked me who i was and where i was from lol
Later that night i was running about high as a kite with one of those florecent glow in the dark things around my neck and one of the fckers from the bus grabbed it but i wasnt having it and grabbed it back. The fellas i was with told me to wise up as he was a hard nut republican. I couldnt give 2 fcks as no fcker will take anything of mine Naughty Spot on

Exactly but ive always been of the thinking that in our own areas we are entitled to hate who we want but out in the real world we have to get along simple as that Spot on

Aye good win for the Gers, about time like lol

The TG nights start up September but a few of the big chiefs on here went to the club and it was done and dusted a few weeks ago so its all go

Have to say i cant wait to go to these, i need a change BADLY as ive just been messing about with house partys the past few months Wall

Cant believe I've read 3 pages and nobody has mentioned Elements of Life, think this is his best by far. Adagio for Strings is good, but he's took a classic and just added his bit to it, which isnt hard, at least EoL has been made from scratch. Think most people say Adagio purely for the fact it has more air time, I even think Lethal Industry gives it a run for it's money

But I dont know why he's got so much credit here, he's nothing extraordinary as far as his DJ skills go and his production is good but theres a lot better out there, the only thing I give him credit for is his live performance when he has those massive video walls behind him, without the visuals his sets would be very average

Yeah Daz Tiesto is overated along with PVD but reading this months Mixmag i see Tiesto pulled off a cracker at the O2 Arena and sold out Confused
Barr the old later 90's and 2000 Tiesto mixes his recent mixes do indeed bore the balls of people

Haven't heard it, is it good ? Where could I find it ?

My favourite tune by Tiesto would be Lethal Industry, I just finished doing a remix of it Spot on
