If you've got an MBox, this comes with ProTools LE 6.2 and I'm not 100% sure if it comes with a vocoder, there may be one with the SampleTank bits, I can't tear myself away from Logic Pro 7 at the moment, plus, I've ditched the MBox and ProTools LE.
You can download LE 6.7 from http://www.digidesign.com/products/mbox/
