First of great taste in decks mate with 1210's, have them myself and love them although planning on getting MK5 G's soon
There's a brilliant Pioneer mixer i'm going to get for about 500,cant remember the details of the top of my head but its got a built in sampler which is handy
You can get a great Technics mixer for 250/300,again details escape me at the mo but the mixer is very tasty. _________________ Back In Business! |

if you can stretch your budget to £275 i would recommend the VESTEX PCV - 275
FEATURES
3 channels
2 mic inputs
3 band EQ with -16db
3 band kill switches on channels 1 +2
Pan on each channel
Cue LED meter
Optional split cue
New PCV - long life fader
A Pre / Post selectable Aux send switch allows external effects to be included at any point in the signal chain. A dedicated Aux return level control knob controls the Aux output level and the aux signal can be monitored by headphone when "return" cue button is selected. |

| I use the behringer DJX700, really good in my opinion. Like a copy of the DJM 800. I don't think it would last as long as what the DJM 800 would tho lol |

as for mixers..in my opinion the pioneer djm 600 or 800 is the best ive ever mixed on..really was no effort, and nice crossfader.
worth the money, when you have it.
the pcv in vestax above look good, never tried but surely ok.
i bought a reloop scratch 2 just as a cheap replacement mixer, and apart from a fault on the headphone channel its fine,a good little mixer.
wasnt too impressed with the fault tho,and reloop not interested in sorting it out as just referring me back to supplier who want to charge me for any repair.
any1 else recommend good mixers under 300 squid? |

| Hey, I have been using the Numark DXM-06 digital mixer and it is worth the price tag, I purchased mine for a little over 200 and it has been useful with a variety of features, it is 2-channel and has 3 kill switches, the best part is that it has an effects unit built in which adds some extra flavor, I generally use the filter effect instead of the channel knobs for better control, the only problem that people tend to point out and I do as well, is that the knobs feel a little fake, however, they seem durable, check out Numark's site, good luck |

| Depends on what you're using it for...If you're going to be concentrating on scratching and not worried about effects as much I would not go with any of the pioneer mixers. You're paying for all of the beat counters and effects. I would pick up a nice middle grade rane mixer which will last you forever if your just working hip hop and raggae. If you're a house DJ then I agree with the others in that the Pioneer Pro DJ line has the best mixers out in my opinion. Very versatile and last a long time. |
