DAN MCKIE PRESENTS BACKROOM JUKEBOX Vol.1!! OUT NOW GO Buy it from all the usual DOWNLOAD stores!!
First up on the new look 1980 Recordings for 2008, is a sampler of what is to come on this label. The Label has had a total re-shuffle! New Logo, New Tunes, New Concept!
This will be the first in a series of Mix Compilations Entitled ‘Backroom Jukebox’. The first one will be a Miami/Summer 2008 Sampler and will be available on CD and Download already Mix, plus for the DJ's & Clubbers out there the tracks will be available seperately as individual tracks!!!
On this sampler you will see the high quality of tracks and the calibre of artist.
Artist include Bart B More (Toolroom, Secure Recordings, Samsobeats, Noir, Defected), Steve Haines (Fizeek, Kompis), Sebastian Davidson (Whoop, Seamless), Dan McKie (Slip ‘N’ Slide, Gusto, Nukluez, Big In Ibiza, Warner), Dan is also fresh from having his ‘Nightlight Dub’ of Kelly Rowland released in the USA.
There is also a lot of rising talent, that I’m sure you will be hearing more from in the future?
There is the likes of Adonakis, his ‘Wonderful Strings’ track won Pete Tong’s fast trax back in 2007, and is finally going to see the light of day on 1980 Recordings. This is not the only person to have the Pete Tong seal of approval, Steve Haines, ‘Takin U Back’, in its original form again won Pete Tong’s fast trax. Filip Le Frick has also appeared on this show, but here he drops like a bomb on this compilation with his remix of ‘Dani-L Mebius – My Own Music’ and his own tribal/electro workout ‘Tweak’. And if that’s not enough talent, also appearing on here is Jay North, another rising star on the Production Seen. He already has a number of tracks under his belt and supported by some of the top DJs, with more signed up and ready for 2008!
So wrap your ears around these tracks and get supporting one of the labels to watch in 2008! |
