Got an A&H Xone62 after upgrading from a DJM500. My problem is i cant hear the main out put thru my cans. The DJM used to have a 'Master' button you could select to hear what exactly is playing out...

Can i do this with the A&H Xone62?

Hey man this is funny. I was in the same situation. I had a Pioneer DJM600 and I upgraded to the Allen & Heath Xone62 also.

You can hear the master output on the Xone62 but you dont select it like on the pioneer mixer. If you have none of the cue buttons selected you should hear the main out. If this isnt working it is because u need to deselect the "split cue" button in the cue section on the upper right part of the mixer.

You also need to make sure that the xfaders are active and on the right X or Y.

I had a lot of stress with this mixer. I perfer the pioneer a lot and only upgraded because the sound quality is supposably better. Now that I know how to use it I can DJ fine but at first I couldnt get a mix going at all.

I hope that helps.

I think i will sell mine soon and get a DJM800. The DJM600 is a good mixer so I wouldnt worry.
